Mind

The mind refers to the intellectual and cognitive faculties of an individual. It encompasses processes such as thinking, reasoning, memory, perception, and consciousness. In a psychological sense, the mind includes conscious thoughts, emotions, desires, beliefs, and attitudes. It’s the aspect of a person that allows them to process information, solve problems, make decisions, and engage in complex mental activities. The mind is closely associated with the brain and its neural activities, as it arises from the interactions of neurons and synapses.

What are some things that you can do to raise the vibration of your mind?

Vibe-Care™ for your Mind

Journaling:

Journaling can be a powerful tool for self-care, allowing you to connect with your emotions, reflect on your experiences, and prioritize your well-being. Having a regular journaling can help you express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, foster self-reflection, and promote personal growth. When journaling, it’s important to choose your medium of journaling (ie., digital, tactile), set a regular time dedicated to your practice, create a relaxing environment, start small, write freely, choose a focus or use prompts, express your emotions, practice self-reflection, set goals, practice gratitude, draw if you choose to, review and reflect and be patient. Journaling can also provide a good opportunity for connecting with your shadow self, the aspect of our personality that are suppressed, considered unacceptable or hard to acknowledge. Additionally, it can help with healing your inner child, the childlike aspect of yourself that may have become wounded due to exposure to trauma that continues to show up today as a response to triggered unmet needs.

Understanding Your Emotional Needs:

Understanding your emotional needs is a crucial aspect of self-awareness and personal growth. These needs play a significant role in your overall well-being and how you navigate your relationships and experiences. Ways in which you can better understand you needs is to get to know yourself better through self-reflection, identifying patterns, listening to your body, journaling, assessing your needs, checking in with yourself regularly, meditate, practice mindfulness, engage in inner child work, seeking professional support, asking yourself questions, understanding your triggers, setting healthy boundaries, prioritizing your vibe-care, be more self-compassionate, and continue to reassess often.

Setting Boundaries:

Setting boundaries is an important aspect of maintaining healthy relationships, preserving your well-being, and respecting your own needs and limits. Recognizing when your emotional needs are not being met due to unhealthy relationships or situations is important for your emotional wellness. Not only setting, but also enforcing healthy boundaries is great a way to protect your well-being. It involves identifying your limits, self-awareness, clear communication, being direct and firm, using non-negotiables, listening to your intuition, modeling healthy behavior, practicing vibe-care, establishing boundaries early, consistency, considering consequences and seeking support. You should also consider re-valuation of your boundaries because as you evolve in your Earth School journey, so do your boundaries.
